Justice Timber Framework

In September of 1999, David Lyman was hired by Justice Construction Ltd. to accept responsibility to fabricate and erect a 14,000 sq. ft. recycled timber framework for Mountain Equipment Co-op at 366 Richmond Road in Ottawa.

David was present at numerous design meetings and was instrumental in resolving various specific detail connections. On site, he laid out and cut most of the material to size, erected and/or coordinated the erection of the structure. David also measured and shop-fabricated custom components.

The contract was completed in December of 1999.

During the term of his contract, David proved to be reliable, hardworking, and skilled in timber preparation and erection. Our experience was that, even at stressful times, David was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend his services. We would certainly engage his firm again should the opportunity present itself.
